On some occasions, your order may be ready for collection at our external warehouse but we’ll let you know beforehand with a text message and the warehouse address. 

Free Parking

The best parking for IKEA is Level 2 (Yellow) & 3 (Blue/rooftop). For this carpark access, enter from Vickers Drive entrance to Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre and head up the ramp on the left and follow signs to level 2.

We offer free car parking when you spend a minimum of $6.50 anywhere in our store, just use the barcode on your receipt at the payment station for the free parking to be applied.  We offer family-friendly (pram) parking and disability parking located close to the store entrance on all levels of the carpark.

Carpark max height is 2.1m. There is limited outdoor high vehicle parking at 2.3m when entering from the Victoria Street carpark entrance.  

Public Transport

Tram 109 from Box Hill to the city is located right outside Victoria Gardens. Taxi pick up is available on the lower ground (Green) level of the Victoria Gardens carpark.

There are 4 Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations located on our rooftop carpark – for use please bring your own Type 2 cable to access the free charging.

As a destination for the whole family we have you covered; baby change rooms, nursing & feeding room and kids’ menu options in our restaurant. There are mini IKEA trolleys available for children on request from our Store greeter. We also have Smaland located in our store entrance, our unsupervised play area for families to relax and play together with dedicated pram parking and family rest areas.

In-store assistance includes wheelchair access to all areas and a loan wheelchair on request. Assistance animals are always welcome.
